1、 Equipment working principle: This thermal shock test equipment is designed according to the thermal shock test provisions of Article 23.4.6.2 of GB3836.1-2000. A water pump is used to spray the test water through a nozzle with a diameter of 1mm to the highest temperature point on the transparent cover or glass surface of the lamp to assess whether the transparent cover and glass of the lamp are broken.

2、 Test box body structure
1. The equipment is non-standard and specially designed to maintain a constant temperature control from room temperature to 150 ℃. General testing requires a temperature range of 40 ℃ to 150 ℃. After the temperature stabilizes, the lighting starts and the surface of the lamp will heat up. After the surface temperature of the lamp stabilizes, water will be sprayed onto the lamp to check if it will burst.
2. The overall design uses high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate as the box material, with a double-layer insulation layer design. The internal dimensions of the design box are: depth 1200 x width 1200 x height 900, with insulation layer, air duct, electrical control, and upper and lower inlet and outlet funnels added externally. The dimensions are approximately depth 1400 x width 2600 x height 1200. There is a circulating air duct inside the design box, which contains heaters, circulating fans, etc. The equipment can reach a stable temperature of 40 ℃ in a short time, with a uniform temperature difference of less than ± 2.0 ℃.
3. Because the circulating air needs to be turned off when lighting, considering that the heat absorption of the box board will cause a rapid decrease in the temperature inside the box, a 5mm thick epoxy board is designed to be added to the inner box board wall. The epoxy board is heat-resistant, insulated, and has poor thermal conductivity, thus avoiding the rapid decrease in temperature inside the box caused by the heat absorption of the inner box board. After lighting up, the heat emitted from the surface of the lamp will rapidly increase the temperature inside the box. Therefore, the design includes air inlet and outlet openings on the left and right sides of the box, using the air in the laboratory to create air convection inside the box, in order to remove the high temperature inside the box.
4. In the process of air convection with the box, in order to make the temperature inside the box as uniform as possible, the left and right air inlets and outlets of the box are designed in a horn shape, and the left and right air outlets are equipped with porous buffer air plates. /5. Design a small chiller with a controlled water temperature of 10 ℃, using a small water pump and a nozzle installed inside the box, facing the lamp directly at a distance according to customer requirements. After the surface temperature of the lamp stabilizes, it will automatically start spraying water onto the lamp.
5. Design a heating system for the equipment, with four temperature detection systems corresponding to four temperature instruments. The sensors are movable and can be fixed at any position on the surface of the lamp. After the temperature stabilizes at the specified value, the instrument sends a signal to command the water pump to spray water. The spraying time is controlled by a set of time relays.
6. The door of the designed equipment uses a glass door, with a size of approximately 600 * 600mm (or according to customer requirements), which can easily observe the condition inside the box, and the glass does not conduct heat.
7. Design a turntable that can rotate 360 ° with a speed of 1 revolution per minute. Install glass and lighting fixtures on the turntable for easy testing of glass and lighting fixtures.
